Elite Carpet Care is a family run business owned and operated by Scott Hayward. After working for city government for fifteen years and as a commercial pilot for two years Scott decided to pursue his own business. He narrowed the business choices down to the service industry and then chose carpet cleaning.

cleaning industry while still honoring the older time proven methods
are important. Scott worked for another cleaning company prior to starting
his own. He is certified with the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning,
& Restoration Certification) in Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery &
Fabric Cleaning, and Odor Control. Elite Carpet Care is also a certified
company with the IICRC.
Elite Carpet Care is an honest reputable company with no hidden fees
or gimmicks. They view carpet cleaning as a craft to be mastered, not
as a cheap, unskilled labor. The knowledge and customer service required
to clean a vacant apartment carpet are different than those required
to clean a beautiful wool carpet in a nice home. The people performing
the cleaning are the most important element in its outcome!
