Stains
We can get most stains out with regular cleaning and do not charge for these. Some stains require additional steps, are labor intensive, and require additional cleaning products. Filtration lines $1.00 to $2.00 per linear foot
Red stain removal $10.00 to $20.00 per spill
Pet urine/odor removal involving water claw extraction $75.00 per spot.*

Area rugs
Some area rugs can be cleaned in your house provided they are simple machine made rugs and there is an appropriate area to clean and dry them without damaging the rug or your floor. Other area rugs require specialty cleaning and must be taken out of the home to be cleaned at the plant. All rugs will receive a more thorough cleaning at the plant.

At the cleaning plant (pickup & delivery included) $3.00 per square foot
Enzyme treatment (for pet urine) & cleaning $3.35 per square foot
